We will leave Elliot and Gilles to sort out what cowboy film Raymond-François can watch for now.

Parenting certainly isnt easy. I envy any couple that has taken it on, because you have more bravery than I. And it p*****s me off to no end when I see some politician getting in front of a microphone and telling everyone we should restrict rights for LGBTQ folk “because of the children!” What, you think we dont care about kids as much as you? For myself, given the choice between a couple that’s made the conscious choice to bring a child into their family and a couple that gets married because someone had a little “accident” and forgot about protection… well, my money’s on Couple Number 1. Im sure Couple Number 2 will make good parents, but considering all the legal hoops that some places put out there for a gay or lesbian couple of adopt? You straight guys have it really easy by comparison.

And despite the hogwash your “enlightened leaders” tell you, the heads of kids in LGBTQ families are screwed on just as tight as those from straight families, if not more so. We’re just now seeing the long-range data on this, and the research to date bears me out on the point.

So to all you daddies and daddies and mommies and mommies… my hat is off to you, folks. I have no doubt the generation you’re raising will be aware and empathetic and… well, just tuned in a little better.

Okay, a few odds and ends, then maybe it’s time to get down to this Valentines nonsense, huh. We’re gonna be posting a few cards you can give your sweetie, but it wont stop there… heh heh heh…..

As always, thanks for reading.
