I wish I could have said "Welcome to Canada" or even "Welcome to the Civilized World" when I watched the votes being tallied, live, on CNN. You guys may not be out of the woods *just* yet, so I'd consider putting all that "Face I deserve" elective surgery on the back-burner until the whole thing gets itself finalized.
