A friend wisely pointed out to me tonight that, had I followed my original track on this storyline, I might be setting myself up for some legal issues, since I dont have permissions for the original source material. He’s right, of course, so we’re veering away from that — but only a bit — and making it a larger statement about the times by exploiting everything we can from the same genre, then ramping it up to an 11. It should make for even a wilder time.
