For World AIDS Day this year, a few people have taken a cue from the Ice Bucket Challenge and turned it into “shower selfies” with the hashtag “we are ALL clean”, to symbolize that the stigma of folks with HIV or AIDS are sonehow “unclean”, as the medievals might say.

Part of the process is to post a shower selfie, then name three people to the challenge, as well as make an optional donation (which I did, to my local AIDS organization). I encourage you to spread the word by doing the same. We’re so close to a real, honest-to-DietyOfYourChoice cure. Now’s the time to push the ball over the line… so to speak.
